At Kastly, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can disconnect third-party login providers, manage your account information, or request complete deletion of your account and all associated data.
When you sign up or log in using a third-party provider (like Facebook or Google), we collect:
Used for account identification and important notifications
Used to personalize your experience
A unique identifier used to link your Kastly account to your social login
May be used to display your avatar
To disconnect your Facebook account from Kastly:
Click on your profile icon and select your profile
Scroll down to the 'Connected Accounts' section
Click the 'Unlink' button next to Facebook
To disconnect your Google account from Kastly, follow the same steps as above: go to Profile Settings, find Connected Accounts, and click Unlink next to Google.
If you want to completely delete your Kastly account and all associated data, please contact us at the email address below. We will process your request within 30 days.
What gets deleted:
To request account deletion, email us at: support@kastly.app
Please include "Account Deletion Request" in your subject line and send from the email address associated with your Kastly account.
When you disconnect a social login provider (Facebook, Google), we immediately remove the connection between your Kastly account and that provider. However, your Kastly account remains active with all your follows, preferences, and history intact.
